Copihue (koh-PEE-way) is a Chilean-inspired bakery in Ambler, serving up custom cakes, cozy breakfast bites, and a joyful mix of sweet and savory treats — all vegetarian. With art-covered walls and a warm, homey vibe, it’s a space where Philly roots meet Latin American flavor in the most delicious way.
Our name comes from the copihue, Chile’s national flower — a vibrant, bell-shaped bloom that grows wild in the southern forests. It’s a symbol of beauty and deep cultural love. We like to think of it as a little nod to where we come from and the spirit we bake into everything we make.
Some favorites on the menu: torta de mil hojas, alfajores, brazo de reina, house-made breads — and of course, pan con palta aka avocado toast on our freshly baked bread (because some things are essential).
