Once
La once is a traditional Chilean evening tea - somewhere between a snack and a light dinner. It usually includes bread with palta (avocado), cheese, or jams, plus something sweet like kuchen or cake, and is served with tea, coffee, or mate. More than the food, it’s a daily ritual, a moment to pause, gather, and share conversation around the table.
We’re welcoming Jason from Yerba Crew into our mesita for an intimate tasting rooted in community and tradition. Together, we’ve created a thoughtful pairing of their mate offerings alongside both sweet and savory bites from our kitchen — meant to be enjoyed slowly, in good company.
Due to our seating arrangements, and to preserve the closeness of the evening, tickets are sold in pairs for $140. While substitutions aren’t available, please let us know of any allergies. As always, the menu will be fully vegetarian.

Mother’s Day Cake Decorating
Come hang with us and your mom (or mom figure) and celebrate a little early. We’re hosting another cake decorating evening at the bakery. You’ll each decorate your own mini cake, with light snacks and bubbly to enjoy along the way. You’ll also head home with a tote, some of our most popular recipes, a few treats, and new skills to keep baking.
